Onion Toppers
The onion toppers for removing stems or rests from an onion with dimensions 25-100 mm. Standardly delivered with 2 or 3 propellers models. The pre-dried onion is transported to the entryhopper. As a result of vibrations, the onion is transported on grates, under which are placed the electric motors with the hewed propellers. The propeller makes the underpressure on grates and that causes onion stem to go down and being cut from it. For the optimal work, there are stairs between grates and there are breaking canvases over the grates. After removing the stem, the onion is transported to an outlet hopper, away from the machine. The waste is transported by conveyor belt out of the machine.
